Description

Drive transformation initiatives and bridge business and technology within Life & Pension. The role supports a transformation program where alignment between stakeholders is key. Deep Life & Pension product knowledge—especially Lønskala & Beskæftigelsesreform (or similar)—is absolutely essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive initiatives across the transformation program
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of Life & Pension products, specifically knowledge of Lønskala & Beskæftigelsesreform or similar within Life & Pension
• Domain knowledge demonstrated via experience as a specialist, business analyst, product owner, or similar
• General project management skills
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Fluency in English
• (Preferably) fluency in Danish

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira
