Description

You will connect business, IT, and stakeholders to plan, drive, and deliver digital transformation projects that create real impact for clients and teams. The work includes collecting and formalizing business needs, defining project scope, schedule, budget, and risks, and coordinating delivery across business, IT, and suppliers. You will also support acceptance testing, change management, go-live, and KPI reporting to sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business needs (user stories, specifications, target processes)

• Define project framing: scope, timeline, budget, risks

• Monitor delivery progress and run follow-up committees

• Coordinate business, IT, and vendor teams

• Contribute to digitizing customer journeys and contract management processes (subscription, contract administration, claims, and benefits)

• Prepare acceptance tests, support change management, and support production release

• Track KPIs and report to sponsors

Requirements

• Proven experience in business analysis and project management (ideally 5+ years)

• Solid knowledge of the insurance industry, ideally life insurance (products, contracts, regulations)

• Experience in digital transformation programs (online journeys, automation, system migrations)

• Proficiency with Agile and/or Waterfall approaches; working knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and BPMN

• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) at all organizational levels

• Rigor, autonomy, and strong focus on results

• Fluent French and English
