Description

You will define the product vision and KPIs for smart investing, then translate that vision into clear steps and tasks for the development team. You validate customer needs through research, monitor customer satisfaction, and make decisions supported by data rather than assumptions. You will coordinate with stakeholders including legal, risk, marketing, and technical teams, partnering with the Engineering Team Lead to drive successful launches.

Responsibilities

• Define future product vision and select KPIs aligned to area and company goals
• Prioritize clients by validating insights via research and monitoring satisfaction
• Operationalize vision into concrete development steps and deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration (legal, risk, marketing, and technical departments) to ensure launch success
• Partner with the Engineering Team Lead
• Drive decisions using metrics and analytics; avoid guesswork

Requirements

• Experience in investing and financial markets (personal or professional)
• Very strong understanding of regulated markets, especially equities/stocks
• Product management experience (fintech experience is a plus)
• Openness and practical experience using AI-based tools in daily work
• Familiarity with emerging technology trends: e-commerce, SaaS, mobile, and web applications
• Experience defining business requirements and creating PRDs, executing them with the product team
• Strong data analysis skills and an analytical mindset
• High autonomy and self-starter attitude
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional agile teams
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
