Description

You will create and manage digital GIS environments based on ArcGIS Online for major infrastructure expansion projects, aligned with company standards. You will integrate and validate GIS data delivered by service providers, coordinate stakeholders across approvals and property-rights topics, and support data visualization for construction readiness and permitting document preparation. When needed, you will also help develop new applications for the digital GIS project environment.

Responsibilities

• Build digital GIS environments in ArcGIS Online for large network expansion projects

• Integrate delivered GIS data from service providers and validate it against required quality standards

• Coordinate internal and external service providers on data quality and data integrity; define data requirements

• Conduct information and coordination meetings with cross-functional teams (approvals, property rights, intersection management, communication, construction)

• Coordinate with the GIS specialist department to ensure internal requirements are implemented

• Support compilation and visualization of data to determine construction feasibility; create and quality-check permitting documents

• Develop new GIS applications for the digital project environment when required

Requirements

• University degree in Geoinformatics, environmental topics, spatial planning, geography, or related field (or equivalent qualification)

• Experience setting up and structuring a digital planning project in ArcGIS Online or comparable tooling

• Efficient, reliable performance with high motivation

• Strong interest in GIS and data management, with interdisciplinary thinking

• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to travel; Class B driver’s license
