Description

You will lead a team of architects responsible for systems integration and data architecture, setting the direction for Big Data skills development. The role combines people management with real impact on national-scale integration and data architecture. You will define and enforce integration and Big Data architecture standards and ensure solution quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage integration and data architecture teams: develop competencies, organize work, and support knowledge sharing

• Define, maintain, and enforce integration architecture standards and create Big Data standards

• Set collaboration principles across integration and data, including ETL/ESB, stream processing, data repository loading, and data exposure via APIs

• Evaluate and approve architectural solutions delivered in projects and oversee quality

• Participate as an architect in key projects and support project managers in technology decisions

• Provide substantive support to other architecture teams

• Identify and minimize architectural and technology risks

• Work with business, technical stakeholders, and clients to create and evolve solution architecture

Requirements

• University degree (technical preferred)

• At least 5 years of experience in IT systems architecture; at least 3 years as Solution Architect or Enterprise/Coporate Architect

• At least 2 years of experience managing a team of specialists

• Hands-on experience designing integration architecture using multiple patterns and technologies

• Hands-on experience in data architecture: data warehouses, data repositories, data governance

• Experience creating, implementing, and enforcing architecture standards

• Ability to justify architecture decisions to project teams, clients, and business stakeholders

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• English knowledge enabling comfortable work with technical documentation
