Description

You will shape and evolve the organization’s cross-cutting data and IT architecture to enable a future-ready enterprise. You translate business/banking requirements into technical target images and a tailored implementation roadmap, defining architecture strategy and blueprint. You ensure enterprise data management is embedded across business areas and the IT organization to support data-driven management.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes and business (operational) mappings; define target architecture, IT architecture strategy, and a building plan/blueprint

• Convert strategic requirements into concrete measures that improve the application and technology landscape economically and efficiently

• Establish and anchor enterprise data management with both business and IT stakeholders

• Plan the required projects and initiatives with executive leadership (COO/CTO) for medium- and long-term target achievement

• Work closely with the IT architecture and sourcing team and identify cross-functional synergies and innovation opportunities

Requirements

• Completed degree in computer science, business informatics, or a natural science field

• Solid understanding of banking business and underlying processes, including technical representation and integration into complex software landscapes

• Experience initiating and executing IT change projects with different specialist areas

• International project experience or proven effectiveness in multicultural teams

• Multi-year experience in IT landscape development/transformation in enterprises and/or in IT strategy consulting in complex heterogeneous environments

• Strong stakeholder management (including top management) and communication skills

• Competence in Enterprise Architecture Management, including related agile methods and frameworks

• Up-to-date technical knowledge in IT and digitalization

• Very good German language skills (written and spoken)
