Description

Lead and manage IT implementation projects for German-speaking clients, translating business requirements into concrete tasks for project teams. You will manage key project parameters including scope, schedule, budget, and risk, and ensure high-quality collaboration within the team through regular project meetings. You actively support the team in resolving ongoing technical and organizational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lasting client relationships and deepen understanding of business needs

• Manage IT implementation projects, including dedicated loyalty platform systems for German-speaking customers

• Translate business requirements into actionable tasks for project teams

• Manage key project parameters: scope, schedule, budget, and risk

• Ensure collaboration quality within the team and run recurring project meetings

• Provide active support to help solve current technical and organizational issues

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience leading IT projects

• Knowledge of IT project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile/Scrum)

• Initial experience managing people or strong leadership potential

• German at C1 level for fluent communication in speech and writing

• English at B2 level for communication in speech and writing

• Teamwork ability and skill in building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships

• Ability to make decisions, resolve project difficulties, and focus on finding new solutions

• Analytical thinking and ability to derive conclusions

• Independence, strong communication, initiative, and goal orientation

• Advantage: training and/or certifications in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP)
