Description

Lead IT projects on behalf of platforms and to optimize IT operations. Own project management responsibilities from initiation and planning through project acceptance, including budgeting, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Act as the responsible interface between management and the project team, ensuring quality of requirements and delivered results.

Responsibilities

• Steer IT projects for platforms and IT optimization

• Take end-to-end responsibility for project tasks from initiation through project acceptance

• Serve as interface between management and the project team

• Independently plan and manage project content, required resources, and budget efficiently

• Manage project risks and cross-project dependencies in compliance with regulatory requirements

• Coordinate and lead interdisciplinary project teams and manage external service providers

• Motivate team members and resolve conflicts

• Handle project reporting and communication, including presentations in committees and project status reporting

• Actively manage stakeholders inside and outside of IT

• Ensure quality of requirements and achieved project results

Requirements

• Degree in Business Informatics or comparable education, plus at least 4 years of professional experience

• In-depth methods knowledge in classic and agile project management

• Initial experience leading part-projects or full projects

• Project management certification (e.g., IPMA Level D or Scrum Master)

• Independent, solution-oriented work style in flat hierarchies

• Ability to lead projects with overall budget responsibility greater than €1M

• Ability to use scope for action under dynamic conditions

• Strong communication and moderation skills and confident presentation presence

• Secure communication across all hierarchy levels and high acceptance with clients/stakeholders

• Strong change readiness, good process understanding, and assertiveness

• Very good German (C1) and good English (B2) in speaking and writing
