Description

Lead project and product execution from A to Z, guiding developers on how the hotel system evolves. Prioritize, assign, and ship improvements to production while translating feedback from customer support and sales into actionable development work. Evaluate planned vs. deployed enhancements and communicate with key partners.

Responsibilities

• Project and product leadership for assigned work items from start to finish
• Manage developers within the scope of the project
• Prepare business plans
• Prioritize and assign tasks
• Control and deploy changes to production
• Collect inputs from customer support and sales and route them into development
• Communicate with major partners
• Evaluate and analyze planned and released enhancements

Requirements

• Independent, precise execution with the ability to see tasks through to completion
• Orientation in developer team leadership
• Knowledge of web development concepts: API, REST, code review, Git, bug tracking, Agile, etc.
• At least basic programming skills (ideally PHP) and basic SQL knowledge
• Basic understanding of UX/UI and the use of wireframing tools
• Responsibility for meeting deadlines and maintaining code quality
• Good communication skills
• English at a communicative level
