Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead Consultant to lead functional activities across Core HR, organizational management, reporting, and access management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Employee Central configuration, enhancements, and functional support.

• Configure Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, workflows, and Position Management.

• Support employee data, Job Information, Personal Information, and Compensation Information.

• Manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and security requirements.

• Support integrations, reporting, testing, UAT, and production issue resolution.

• Lead stakeholder discussions and guide functional teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, with strong hands-on Employee Central expertise.

• Experience with Core HR processes and organizational structures.

• Strong configuration, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with implementation, enhancements, or AMS/support engagements.

• Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification.

• Knowledge of GDPR and employee data privacy.
