Drive the development and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors Learning solutions supporting training and employee development. Configure and enhance the Learning module, collaborate with HR and Learning & Development teams, and recommend solutions based on business needs. Participate in implementation and development projects and optimize training processes and reporting.

Requirements

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning

• Experience participating in implementation or support projects

• Knowledge of training and employee development processes

• Ability to work independently with business stakeholders

• Very good command of English
