Description

Lead and coordinate an expert IT team while ensuring IT service continuity and meeting SLA/KPI targets. Collaborate across IT areas and with client project teams to deliver solutions, support audits, and improve process efficiency and the quality of IT services. Provide expert-level technical support to the team and help experts deliver scalable, reliable solutions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English

• Proven experience managing technical teams (minimum 10 people)

• Experience managing an expert-level team

• Experience planning team work using Agile methodology in an Atlassian environment

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Expert knowledge in at least one area: Cloud, container platforms, Infrastructure as Code

• Practical knowledge of GitLab and GitOps

• Practical knowledge of Confluence and JIRA ITSM

• Practical knowledge of DevOps

• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Zabbix and Grafana

• Higher education in IT or a technical field (preferred)
