Description

You will analyze and document business and system requirements for financial-sector projects, working closely with business stakeholders, development teams, and testers. The role includes business process modeling and optimization using BPMN/UML, plus data analysis using SQL, Excel, and Power BI. You will also maintain analytical and project documentation in JIRA and Confluence and support project delivery in Scrum.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business and system requirements for financial-sector IT projects

• Model, analyze, and optimize business processes using BPMN and UML

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and testers on IT solution design and implementation

• Prepare and update analytical, functional, and project documentation in JIRA and Confluence

• Participate in Scrum-based delivery (sprint planning, refinement, progress reviews)

• Analyze business and operational data using SQL, Excel, and Power BI

• Prepare test scenarios, manage defects, and monitor test progress using JIRA Test Manager

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an analyst delivering projects in Poland’s financial sector

• Knowledge of software development methodologies and processes (Agile/Scrum)

• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and JIRA Test Manager

• Proficiency with data analysis tools: Excel, Power BI, SQL

• Proficiency with process modeling tools/notations: BPMN, UML

• Experience building, developing, and identifying innovative solutions

• Relevant higher education (banking, mathematics, economics or related)

• Fluent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
