Description

You will support the development of new services and digital initiatives in collaboration with technology partners. The role combines business analysis with evaluating solutions—starting from needs identification, then requirements, and finally supporting implementation and service development in banking.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and model business processes to optimize and enable growth

• Translate client and stakeholder needs into business and system requirements

• Collect, organize, and analyze stakeholder requirements with the Product Owner

• Work with the system analyst to create clear technical specifications for IT teams

• Co-create implementation and rollout plans with the IT team based on business needs

• Ensure smooth communication between business teams and IT

• Support the Product Owner with scope management (e.g., backlog) and schedules

• Monitor and improve data quality processes, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst

• Ability to independently gather and analyze business requirements and run stakeholder discussions

• Knowledge of BPMN, UML, or similar notations for process and system modeling

• Practical experience writing analytical documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Comfortable working with Jira and Confluence

• Ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technology teams

• Independence, strong organization skills, and analytical problem-solving

• Experience with Agile and active participation in product teams
