Description

You will support the development and maintenance of complex IT systems that enable key business processes in the financial services domain. You will analyze business needs, define requirements, model processes, assess change impact, and prepare business and system documentation. You will collaborate with business experts, architects, developers, and testers, including participation in integration and deployment projects, while using AI-based tools to support analysis and project material preparation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and identify/define requirements

• Assess how planned changes impact business processes and IT systems

• Model business processes

• Prepare business and system requirements and analytical documentation

• Work with business experts, architects, developers, and testers

• Analyze configurations, parameters, and data used by systems

• Support business and acceptance testing

• Participate in integration and implementation projects

• Use AI-based tools to support analytical work and create project materials

Requirements

• Experience in business or business-to-systems analysis

• Ability to model business processes

• Knowledge of BPMN, UML or similar notations

• Experience working with IT teams

• Analytical thinking, problem solving, and identifying dependencies between systems

• Very good communication skills

• Independence and good work organization

• Openness to using AI tools in day-to-day analytical tasks
