Description

You will provide business systems analysis services for a banking-sector project, including requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

The role includes modeling business processes and preparing analytical documentation using BPMN, UML, SQL, Jira, Confluence, and Jira Test Manager.

You will also support business testing, verify solutions against requirements, and present recommendations during workshops.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and document business and system requirements with stakeholders

• Model business processes and prepare analytical documentation (BPMN, UML, SQL)

• Create and maintain requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria

• Analyze existing solutions and propose process improvements and innovations

• Support business testing and verify delivered solutions against requirements

• Prepare presentations, facilitate workshops, and communicate recommendations

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as an IT Analyst / Business Systems Analyst

• Very good practical knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Jira Test Manager

• Knowledge of methodologies for eliciting, structuring, and modeling requirements

• Experience building and structuring requirements based on stakeholder input

• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Polish financial sector projects

• Experience designing, developing, and searching for innovative solutions

• Ability to design and document business processes using BPMN, UML, SQL

• Ease conducting presentations and workshops with stakeholders

• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and related delivery methodologies

• Independence, creativity, initiative, and ability to organize own work
