Description

You will support a long-term program to standardize and digitize a corporate loan process by designing functional and system solutions for corporate banking clients. The work includes modeling processes in BPMN, preparing UI mockups and business rules, documenting requirements in tools like Jira and Confluence, and supporting testing during implementation. You will also identify automation and optimization opportunities for lending workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design functional and system solution concepts, including BPMN process modeling, user screen mockups, and business rules

• Elicit and align requirements with stakeholders involved in the loan process

• Analyze business and functional requirements together with bank departments, risk, and IT across all project stages

• Identify opportunities for automation/robotization and propose process improvements

• Document business and functional requirements in Confluence and Jira

• Coordinate implementation and support solutions during testing

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst in an IT transformation project

• Experience working in Agile environments (Agile/Scrum/DevOps)

• Practical knowledge of PRINCE2, PMI, LEAN, or Six Sigma methodologies

• Practical knowledge of corporate banking products, forms of collateral, and contract terms

• Experience mapping business processes using BPMN

• Knowledge of digitization, automation, and robotization concepts and ability to prepare Business Case materials

• Fluent Polish language proficiency
