Description

You will support strategic initiatives at the intersection of business and technology, combining business analysis, lending-process knowledge, and digital product development. The role involves analyzing and modeling processes, gathering and refining requirements with stakeholders, and partnering with business and IT teams to implement changes in a banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, model, and optimize business processes related to financing for business clients

• Identify business needs and collect/refine requirements with business, operational, and IT stakeholders

• Design AS-IS and TO-BE processes and define customer service paths across digital channels

• Prepare requirements specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and analytical materials for IT teams

• Recommend improvements for remote/digital financing channels and support rollout of new solutions

• Co-create and maintain a product backlog with the Product Owner

• Identify dependencies between business processes, banking systems, and digital channels

• Define requirements for documents, user permissions, and regulatory compliance

• Coordinate communication between business, IT, product owners, and units responsible for the credit process

• Support project teams delivering transformation and digitization initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a banking environment collaborating with multiple organizational units

• Experience in business analysis and IT/transformation/implementation projects

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and the software development process

• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions

• Experience modeling business processes with BPMN or UML

• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office

• Ability to define business, functional, and non-functional requirements

• Effective collaboration with business and technology stakeholders

• Self-sufficient work style, strong organization, and ability to operate in a complex environment

• Ability to identify dependencies between processes, systems, and regulatory requirements

• Preferred: knowledge of lending and post-sales processes for corporate clients

• Preferred: experience in projects related to digitizing financing processes

• Preferred: data work skills using Excel, Power BI, or SQL

• Preferred: knowledge of security, regulations, and audit topics in financial services
