Description

Process Analyst contract role focused on optimizing and transforming business and operational processes. You will analyze existing processes, identify areas requiring improvements, and design and implement solutions to increase efficiency. A key part of the work is leading cross-functional projects and applying process management best practices using automation tools and AI to improve service quality and customer experience.

Requirements

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Expert, or other expert-level confirmation of process management/optimization skills
• Minimum 4 years of commercial experience
• Experience delivering optimization and transformation projects
• Ability to use AI-based tools
• Very good MS Excel knowledge
• Knowledge of operational management best practices
• Understanding of operational risk management and quality
• Experience analyzing, designing, and improving business processes
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and optimization opportunities
• Good command of English
