Description

Drive measurable operational excellence by transforming banking processes through Lean expertise, smart automation, and AI-enabled insight. You will support continuous process optimization and organizational efficiency initiatives, designing customer-centric processes and leading cross-functional transformation projects with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver continuous improvement initiatives to optimize business processes and organizational structures
• Design efficient processes to enhance external and internal customer experience
• Lead cross-functional transformation projects from planning through implementation
• Improve operational efficiency through structured process management and continuous improvement practices
• Apply automation and AI tools to accelerate optimization and reduce manual effort
• Analyze processes and workflows to identify operational pain points and recommend targeted improvements
• Implement process governance and standards to strengthen service quality and operational effectiveness
• Explore and introduce new methodologies, techniques, and tools to expand optimization capabilities

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in process analysis, process optimization, or operational excellence
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Expert certification, or equivalent advanced process optimization expertise
• Hands-on experience using AI-based tools in analytical and continuous improvement activities
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel
• Knowledge of operational management best practices, operational risk management, and quality management
• Experience working in cross-functional environments and leading transformation initiatives
• Professional working proficiency in Polish (spoken and written)
• Communicative English (spoken and written)
• Existing legal right to work in Europe
