Description

Join transformation projects for a bank focused on improving business processes and operational efficiency. You will analyze current ways of working, identify areas requiring change, and design and implement optimization initiatives that improve operational performance and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to increase efficiency
• Design and implement improvements to enhance operational performance and customer service quality
• Lead transformation projects across multiple organizational departments
• Identify problems and barriers (pain points) affecting customer experience or work efficiency
• Use AI tools and automation solutions to optimize processes
• Find, assess, and implement new process-improvement methodologies and tools

Requirements

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Expert, or other proof of expert knowledge and competence in process management and optimization
• Practical ability to use AI-based tools
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Knowledge of operational management, operational risk management, and quality management
• Very good English enabling smooth communication and collaboration with international banking teams
