• Role: Process Analyst (B2B)

• Work model: Hybrid (2x per week in Warsaw, Wrocław, or Poznań)

• Rate: Up to 160 PLN/hour

Description

You will support projects focused on optimizing processes in a bank, including designing efficient processes that improve external and internal customer experience. Your work will include cross-functional transformation projects, analyzing processes and work organization to identify “problematic points,” and implementing process management to systematically improve service quality and operational efficiency—using automation and AI tools pragmatically.

Requirements

• Higher education in IT or a related field

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Expert, or other certifications confirming expert capabilities in process management and optimization

• Knowledge of AI-based tools

• MS Excel proficiency

• Knowledge of best practices in operational management, operational risk management, and quality management

• English proficiency (spoken and written) at least B2
