Description

You will join a consulting or implementation team on IT projects for insurance-focused financial institutions. The role focuses on business analysis, defining functional requirements, and supporting testing and UATs for developed solutions. You will collaborate daily with software developers and IT architects in an international Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis and define functional requirements
• Test developed solutions and support UATs
• Work closely with software developers and IT architects
• Take ownership of topics within an Agile team
• Perform varied tasks in an international consulting/implementation setting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably finance, business, economics, IT, or similar)
• English proficiency to collaborate confidently with native speakers (at least C1)
• French knowledge (at least B2/C1)
• Understanding of Agile ways of working
• Proven ability to use intuitive and analytical reasoning for complex problems
• Ability to work in Poland and the EU full-time
