Description

You will collaborate with clients to understand business needs, define requirements (using user stories), and take responsibility for the business side of implemented functionalities. You will lead meetings and maintain ongoing client communication, working closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements. The role requires Agile experience and strong German (B2+) and English (B1+) skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements
• Define business requirements in a systematic form of user stories
• Take responsibility for the business side of implemented functionalities
• Lead and facilitate meetings and ongoing communication with clients
• Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in business analysis within IT projects
• Experience in requirements analysis
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with logical thinking
• Experience working with internal and/or external clients
• Strong communication and flexibility in collaboration
• Good understanding of agile software development methodologies
• Ability to work effectively in an international, distributed team
• German (B2+) and English (B1+)
• Highly responsible and well organized; proactive and eager to learn
• Nice to have: willingness to undertake a security check
