Description

Work on data analysis and requirement definition for financial/insurance IT projects. Support documentation and testing activities, including UAT, while creating and maintaining data models, reports, dashboards, and analytical prototypes. Use SQL, Excel, Python, and BI tools to explore, validate, and troubleshoot data-driven solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of IT project experience in the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance

• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks)

• Bachelor’s degree (finance, business, economics, IT, data analytics, or similar)

• English proficiency at least C1

• Solid analytical skills for solving complex problems

• Practical SQL and Excel skills (data cleaning, pivot tables, lookups, basic automation)

• Basic Python for data analysis (pandas, simple scripts, data preparation)

• Experience with Power BI (reports, dashboards, basic DAX)

• Understanding of Agile ways of working

• Ability to work full-time in Poland and the EU
