Description

You will join a consulting or implementation team working on IT projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies. Your focus will be on business analysis, defining functional requirements, and testing solutions while supporting UAT. You will collaborate closely with software developers and IT architects in a daily international environment.

Responsibilities

• Be part of consulting or implementation teams on IT projects for financial institutions
• Conduct business analysis and define functional requirements
• Test developed solutions and support UATs
• Work closely with software developers and IT architects
• Actively participate in an Agile team with ownership of your topics

Requirements

• First experience in IT projects for the financial sector, preferably insurance or bancassurance
• At least a bachelor’s degree (preferably finance, business, economics, IT, or similar)
• English proficiency at C1 level
• German knowledge at B2/C1 level
• Understanding of Agile ways of working
• Proven ability to apply intuitive and analytical reasoning to complex problems
• Ability to work in Poland and the European Union full-time
