Description

Manage and analyze user requirements, collaborate with the software development team, and help design IT solutions aligned with Agile methodology. Prepare and run test scenarios, including acceptance and automated tests, and keep analytical/project documentation up to date. Support users with user instructions, presentations, and training.

Responsibilities

• Manage user requirements and collaborate with users
• Conduct detailed user requirement analyses according to the established methodology and standards
• Collaborate with the software delivery team
• Prepare and execute test scenarios, acceptance tests, and automated tests together with the software team
• Participate in designing IT solutions in line with methodology and standards for the implemented functionalities
• Version analytical/project documentation and ensure it remains current
• Create user instructions
• Deliver presentations and training for users

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, management, or IT
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience managing requirements (use cases, user stories, business process analysis)
• Knowledge of Agile approach in software development
• Experience in software testing
• English knowledge at least B2
• Ability to plan and organize work and be effective
• Ability to build relationships and be customer/client-oriented
