Description

Work as a Business Analyst on IT consulting or implementation projects for financial institutions, primarily insurance companies. You will conduct business analysis, define functional requirements, and test developed solutions while supporting UATs. You’ll collaborate closely with software developers and IT architects and take ownership of your topics in an Agile team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in consulting or implementation teams on IT projects for financial institutions (primarily insurance)
• Perform business analysis and define functional requirements
• Test developed solutions and support UATs
• Work daily with software developers and IT architects
• Actively contribute within an Agile team and own assigned topics
• Perform varied tasks in an international environment

Requirements

• At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, business, economics, IT, or similar fields
• Strong command of English (C1+), confident collaborating with English native speakers
• Understanding of Agile ways of working
• Proven ability to apply intuitive and analytical reasoning to complex problems
• Ability to work full-time in Poland and the European Union
