Description

You will lead initiatives for continuous improvement of processes and organizational effectiveness.

You will design efficient processes that enhance both external and internal customer experiences, run cross-functional transformation projects, and look for automation opportunities, including practical use of AI tools. You will identify and eliminate issues affecting service quality and customer experience, while systematically improving service quality and operational efficiency through process management and by introducing new optimization methodologies and tools.

Requirements

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Expert, or other expert-level certification in process management and optimization

• Experience delivering process optimization and transformation projects

• Knowledge of operational management best practices, operational risk management, and quality management

• Ability to work with AI-based tools

• Very good MS Excel knowledge

• English proficiency for comfortable communication in an international environment
