Description

You will analyze, model, and optimize business processes in the payments domain—especially claims and refunds—using BPMN 2.0. The role includes gathering and documenting business requirements, facilitating workshops, defining requirements for payment-system changes, and reporting on process KPIs and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain AS-IS / TO-BE business process models using BPMN 2.0
• Design and optimize claims and refunds processes for payments
• Identify manual activities and automation opportunities
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Run business and process workshops
• Prepare requirements for changes to payment systems
• Analyze process data, KPIs, and report process effectiveness
• Collaborate with business, IT, and operations to deliver improvements
• Monitor results of implemented solutions

Requirements

• Experience in modeling and optimizing business processes
• Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and AS-IS / TO-BE process analysis
• Experience in bank claims and refunds processes
• Knowledge of payments processes and settlement/billing systems
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements
• Ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate with business, operations, and IT
• Experience in process automation projects
• Analytical SQL knowledge for process data analysis
