Description

You will support the development of AI and GenAI solutions within a large-scale business transformation program. Working with Product Owners, business and technology leaders, analysts, and an AI expert team, you will help define product direction, maintain and prioritize the backlog, and make product decisions based on business value, data, and technical dependencies through to production delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define needs and the AI product development direction

• Manage backlog and priorities across multiple workstreams

• Co-create product vision and an AI solutions roadmap

• Make product decisions based on business value, data, and technical dependencies

• Support development teams from discovery/concept through production implementation

• Monitor budget usage and team capacity

• Define measurable business objectives and success criteria

• Communicate progress transparently and manage stakeholder expectations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Proxy Product Owner, or similar role

• Experience in AI/GenAI product development (LLMs or advanced data analytics)

• Practical knowledge of cloud environments

• Very good knowledge of Agile methodologies and full product lifecycle

• Strong ability to prioritize backlog and make data-driven decisions

• Very good communication and negotiation skills

• Advanced knowledge of Jira for backlog management and workflows

• Good knowledge of APIs, integrations, cloud, and distributed systems

• Experience working with business-critical systems

• Agile/Scrum certificate (e.g., PSPO II or equivalent)

• English at least B2

• Readiness for hybrid work in Warsaw (3 days in office)
