Description

An analytics-focused Product Owner role at an AI-powered consumer intelligence platform. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and client success teams to turn complex data and customer feedback into clear product requirements, maintain the product backlog, and use usage data to guide decisions. The role is heavily hands-on with data and dashboards—understanding how raw data flows through the Data Science/LLM pipeline into client insights, troubleshooting data issues, and building scalable solutions across many products and datasets.

Responsibilities

• Extract actionable insights from large unstructured datasets (social media conversations, online reviews, video content, hashtags, sentiment data)
• Build and maintain analytics dashboard-based products that support client business decisions
• Translate insights into product requirements and maintain a prioritized backlog
• Track and report KPIs (engagement metrics and customer feedback)
• Synthesize insights for stakeholders and inform product roadmap decisions

Requirements

• 3-7+ years of Product Owner or Product Manager experience
• Understanding of data, analytics, and visualization best practices (charts, dashboards, reports, data extracts)
• Proven analytics capability and/or experience with unstructured data (social posts, search, reviews)
• Hands-on expertise with dashboard platforms such as Power BI, Apache Superset, Amplitude, Tableau, Looker, GA4, or similar
• Significant time working directly with data and dashboards, including troubleshooting data issues and building scalable solutions across multiple products, datasets, and client deliverables
