Description

You will support the creation and operational start of a new SSC, collaborating with SSC local leadership, project teams, and key stakeholders. The role combines SSC setup activities (legal entity preparation, site readiness, recruitment and onboarding) with transformation planning, scheduling, risk/dependency management, and knowledge transfer from existing locations. You will also assist with applications for public funding and grants.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation and submission of applications for public funding and grants

• Support the creation of the legal entity and related administrative activities

• Coordinate SSC launch activities, including site preparation and office layout

• Support recruitment, employee onboarding, and readiness for operational start

• Develop and execute transformation plans, timelines, and manage risks and dependencies

• Coordinate knowledge transfer and the move of processes from existing locations

• Act as a liaison between project teams and SSC leadership

• Prepare regular project-status reports and ensure smooth stakeholder communication

Requirements

• Documented experience as a Transition Manager in SSC, GBS, BPO, or shared services

• Experience in transformation, migration, or service transfer projects

• Experience supporting launch of new SSCs or preparing organizations for operational start

• Very good project and stakeholder management skills

• Independence, initiative, and ability to work effectively in a dynamic project environment

• Fluent Polish and English

• German knowledge is an advantage
