Description

Technical Project Manager coordinating the end-to-end onboarding of tools and SaaS platforms for an international client in the automotive sector. The position combines transition and project management with cloud-risk coordination, Identity and Access Management, documentation, governance, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding processes for new tools, software solutions, and SaaS platforms

• Develop and manage transition plans, milestones, dependencies, and readiness criteria

• Coordinate business, technical, security, compliance, and external vendor stakeholders

• Support cloud and on-premise risk assessments and coordinate mitigation activities

• Coordinate IAM activities, including roles, permissions, and access lifecycle processes

• Create and maintain architecture, project, and governance documentation (preferably in LeanIX)

• Prepare status reports, risk registers, readiness assessments, and steering committee updates

Requirements

• Experience managing tool, software, or SaaS onboarding and rollout projects

• Strong project or transition management experience in a large enterprise environment

• Good understanding of AWS or Azure, including basic cloud security and access concepts

• Understanding of IAM, role-based access, and access-governance processes

• Experience supporting IT or cloud risk assessments and compliance activities

• Familiarity with LeanIX or a similar enterprise architecture or documentation platform

• Very good English and Polish; strong stakeholder-management, communication, and reporting skills
