Description

Drive product development for a Mobile Banking platform by planning roadmaps, managing initiatives, and prioritizing Scrum team backlog items. Collaborate with CPO/PO and stakeholders across business, IT, compliance, marketing, sales, and customer service to deliver mobile innovations. Monitor KPIs (e.g., app availability, NPS, logins), improve usability and accessibility, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and UX/WCAG standards.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technology solutions for the Mobile Banking platform and plan the product roadmap
• Manage initiatives, the backlog, and set task priorities for Scrum teams
• Coordinate with CPO, PO, and cross-functional stakeholders (business, IT, compliance, marketing, sales, customer support)
• Implement innovative mobile solutions supporting customer needs and the bank’s digitalization goals
• Monitor and optimize KPIs such as application availability, NPS, and login volume
• Ensure regulatory compliance (RODO, PSD2, AML, ISO) and adherence to UX and WCAG standards
• Analyze user behavior and initiate changes to increase usability and accessibility
• Participate in functional analyses, testing, functional acceptances, and complaint/formal-legal processes
• Manage the product budget, plan long-term product development, and track competitor solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner
• Experience in the banking, financial, or fintech sector
• Practical knowledge of Mobile Banking
• Experience with roadmap management and backlog prioritization
• Very good knowledge of Agile/Scrum
• Ability to work with business, UX/UI, Development, and QA teams
• Knowledge of banking processes, digital payments, and regulations (PSD2, AML, KYC)
• Ability to make product decisions based on data and customer needs
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
