Description

Manage the Mobile Banking product end-to-end—from product vision and strategy through roadmap and backlog management, to delivering and optimizing functionality. You will set priorities with Scrum teams, collaborate with stakeholders across business, IT, compliance, marketing, sales, and customer service, and monitor KPIs such as app availability, NPS, and logins.

You will analyze user behavior to improve UX, participate in testing and acceptance, and ensure the product complies with regulatory requirements and UX/WCAG standards.

Responsibilities

• Create product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Mobile Banking.

• Manage initiatives and Scrum team backlogs.

• Set priorities for product development.

• Collaborate with CPO, other Product Owners, and stakeholders from business, IT, compliance, marketing, sales, and customer service.

• Monitor product KPIs (e.g., app availability, NPS, number of logins).

• Analyze user behavior and identify UX improvement opportunities.

• Participate in testing, acceptance, and rollout of new features.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and UX/WCAG standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience.

• Experience as a Product Owner for development of digital products.

• Experience in mobile banking / digital channels.

• Practical experience with product backlog, priorities, and roadmap management.

• Experience working in Agile / Scrum.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with many stakeholder groups.

• Knowledge of GDPR (RODO), PSD2, AML, ISO.

• Knowledge of WCAG and UX standards.
