Product Manager

Quick Facts

• Contract: B2B

• Location: Wrocław (cooperation coordinated from the Wrocław office)

• Compensation: 16,000–19,000 PLN net (B2B)

Description

We’re looking for an independent, result-driven Product Manager to rebuild a product area and take full responsibility for outcomes. The role is about driving business growth through experimentation, automation, and modern technologies (including AI), not just collecting requirements and waiting for ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product lifecycle and product quality, including defining standards for collecting and analyzing business requirements

• Oversee implementations, product changes, and acceptance of deliverables from technical teams and external vendors

• Design system solutions that significantly reduce manual work across the organization

• Coordinate the product area (including collaboration with a specialist for development) and independently deliver tasks where it’s the fastest path to the goal

Requirements

• Solve complex business and technical problems independently—especially those others haven’t solved before

• Find solutions proactively rather than waiting for detailed instructions

• Connect system and technology architecture decisions with business goals

• Understand product development as maintaining a living business and efficient organizational processes

• Operationally implement generative tools and automation (not treat them as novelties)

• Eliminate repetitive, manual operations in processes

• Apply an analytical approach to data and evaluate the impact of changes

• Challenge unprofitable solutions and propose better alternatives

Benefits

• B2B contract (sole proprietorship)

• Modern office in central Wrocław

• Good results rewarded with appropriate compensation
