Description

Bridge business and technology teams to deliver digital solutions for used vehicle remarketing. Lead requirements gathering and functional analysis, translating business needs into user stories, specifications, and scalable IT solutions aligned with organizational goals. Partner with Product Owners and development teams, including UAT support and rollouts.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and conduct business and functional analysis.

• Document business processes; create functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.

• Support Product Owners with backlog management and prioritization.

• Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions meet business requirements and strategic objectives.

• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT): validate delivered functionality against requirements and facilitate successful rollouts.

• Serve as a functional expert for stakeholders and end users, supporting change management, user training, and continuous improvement of business processes and digital platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or digital product environment.

• Strong requirements gathering, business process modeling, and functional analysis skills.

• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).

• Hands-on experience with JIRA and collaboration tools such as Confluence.

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.

• Experience with data analysis and digital product delivery.

• Ability to work effectively in international, cross-functional teams.

• Very good English skills.
