Description

Join a project delivering and maintaining workflow-based applications that support operational processes and automate business workflows for corporate clients. You’ll bridge business requirements with technology, collaborating with developers and testers on requirements, process modeling, documentation, and testing support.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and refine business requirements with stakeholders
• Analyze and model business processes using BPMN and UML
• Design solutions on workflow platforms
• Prepare business and functional documentation
• Decompose requirements into tasks for the development team
• Support functional and acceptance testing
• Work closely with developers, testers, and other Scrum team members
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of solutions automating business processes

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Systems Analyst
• Experience with workflow systems
• Experience with workflow/low-code platforms such as Camunda, IBM BAW, Ferryt, Pega, or similar
• Very good SQL knowledge
• Knowledge of REST APIs
• Ability to create BPMN and UML diagrams
• Basic programming knowledge and object-oriented design fundamentals
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• English proficiency at least B2
