Description

Join a Channels-Business technology team to help shape digital business banking solutions across the Nordic region. You will analyze and document business needs, translate them into IT requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, test, and enhance customer-facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business needs and convert them into scalable, sustainable IT requirements
• Lead delivery with Business, IT, and Design stakeholders in an agile setup
• Coordinate with external vendors to align requirements and ensure high-quality deliveries
• Support manual testing of business or maintenance features based on priorities
• Resolve blockers and manage dependencies across teams

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT and/or business analysis within the banking industry
• Proven experience defining features and user stories from business needs and partnering with Product Owners for roadmaps
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Experience using JIRA and Confluence
