Description

Drive end-to-end planning, monitoring, reporting, and communication for IT projects delivered to external clients. Coordinate software delivery with agile backlog management and prioritize tasks using agile methodologies. Manage project budget, schedule, scope, and risk while preparing project documentation and estimates for management and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and report project milestones and phases for external clients

• Collaborate across teams to prepare, execute, and settle projects (schedule, budget, scope)

• Manage communication, risk, and quality throughout the project

• Monitor and report budget and provide ongoing forecasts

• Coordinate software delivery: actively manage backlog and prioritize tasks with agile methods

• Prepare presentations, cost estimates, schedules, and project documentation (management, financial, technical)

• Participate in preparing technical/business concepts for projects and proposals

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing IT projects on the vendor/service provider side

• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (networks, applications, PaaS services) and IT security

• Basic knowledge of IT development and deployment tools and processes, including CI/CD

• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira)

• Ability to plan and organize actions and resources within the project

• Strong budget, schedule, scope, and risk management using tools such as Google Workspace and/or M365

• Excellent client communication skills in Poland and internationally; English at least B2

• Analytical ability to anticipate project challenges and adapt quickly

• Proactive mindset and readiness to propose and implement new solutions
