Description

Manage end-to-end delivery and ongoing development requirements for automotive clients’ digital platforms built on CMS and Forms solutions. You’ll lead projects at the intersection of websites and forms (including integrations with external systems), coordinate with multiple teams across the full lifecycle, and serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. You will also own project & SLA reporting and help improve internal processes through tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day project management for a development team: planning, prioritization, scoping, and delivery of maintenance work and larger initiatives
• Lead projects involving websites and forms, including custom integrations with external systems (CRM, lead management, dealer and financing partners)
• Collaborate closely with development, design, rollout, and support teams across the full lifecycle of new features and projects, from requirements to release
• Act as main point of contact for clients, partners, and internal teams: run and attend status meetings, communicate progress internally and externally, support internal demos, and prepare presentations and summaries
• Own project & SLA reporting (progress, scope, timelines, hours) for clients and internally, including tools and processes behind it
• Work with the PM team on improving and automating internal processes: time tracking, reporting, and documentation standards in Jira and Notion

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience working directly with external clients (leading meetings, managing expectations, maintaining relationships)
• Track record of leading IT projects end to end, from requirements and scoping through delivery to release
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and automation of project processes to speed up reporting, documentation, and routine work
• Excellent communication skills in English (client communication and documentation, including Jira) and strong communication skills in Polish (team collaboration)
• Very good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple parallel priorities
• Proactive approach: suggest improvements before being asked and raise ideas/concerns openly within the team
• Flexibility and openness to change; ability to adapt to shifting priorities and client needs

Nice to Have

• Experience with projects involving third-party API integrations
• Hands-on experience with Jira and time-tracking tools (e.g. Tempo)
