Description

The Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner delivers actionable results in a savings bank environment by formulating user stories and business cases. The role enhances business processes while ensuring compliance and stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

• Create and prioritize user stories in close cooperation with specialist departments

• Develop complete business cases, including cost-benefit analyses and decision templates

• Manage stakeholders on both the specialist department and IT sides

• Ensure requirements are documented in a compliant manner (SOC2, ISO 27001)

• Identify AI potential within the assigned workstream

Requirements (Must Haves)

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in a banking environment

• Proven experience creating business cases (not just user stories)

• Experience with Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)

• Fluent German (C1+)
