• Compensation: 180–220 PLN/h net + VAT (depending on experience)

Description

Lead end-to-end technology delivery that supports tax, finance, and regulatory reporting processes. Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage design, development, testing, and implementation. Act as the main point of contact between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams, providing technology guidance for automation and digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Manage implementations of technology solutions for tax, finance, and regulatory reporting processes

• Convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications

• Coordinate interdisciplinary teams (developers, business analysts, technical consultants)

• Oversee design, development, testing, and rollout stages

• Manage scope, timeline, budget, resources, risks, and project deliverables

• Serve as the primary liaison between clients/stakeholders and technical teams

• Advise clients on technology solutions, process automation, and digital transformation

• Identify opportunities to optimize business processes and existing IT solutions

• Partner with the Tax Technology Director on planning and execution

• Ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards

Requirements

• Experience in IT consulting, implementing technology solutions, or delivery management in a similar role

• Experience managing technology projects and coordinating cross-functional teams

• Solid business analysis knowledge and ability to map business needs to IT solutions

• Practical SDLC knowledge covering design, development, testing, and deployment

• Good knowledge of IT environments, system integration, data processing, and reporting solutions

• Experience with project management methodologies, including Agile

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and management

• Very good organizational, communication, and analytical skills

• Fluent Polish and good English
