Description

Coordinate a Pay Transparency project aimed at adapting the organization to EU requirements on salary transparency. You will manage the project schedule, coordinate work between HR, IT, Legal, and Compliance, and monitor milestones and project risks. You will also collaborate with technical teams regarding the software development lifecycle and statistical model work.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project schedule and monitor delivery of key milestones.

• Coordinate activities across HR, IT, Legal, and Compliance and work with vendors.

• Identify and monitor risks to ensure delivery by the required deadlines.

• Collaborate with technical teams on the software development production cycle and statistical models.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience

• Experience in project or program management

• Knowledge of project management methodologies

• Intermediate level security knowledge

• Knowledge of the specified technology and the software development lifecycle

• Knowledge of how to build and maintain statistical models
