Quick Facts

  • Role: Product Manager (or Product Owner)

  • Focus area: Growth (customer journey from registration/activation through purchase/upgrade, add-ons, billing, churn and reactivation)

Description

You will develop the product side of the Growth area in partnership with Marketing Growth. You’ll translate growth direction into well-scoped work for the development team, plan quarterly roadmaps, and ensure changes are delivered and measured. You’ll own key parts of the customer journey (purchase, upgrade, add-ons, billing, churn and returns, activations) with a strong measurement approach.

Responsibilities

  • Convert Growth hypotheses and needs into clear development tasks with the “why” context

  • Build and run a quarterly roadmap (Now/Next/Later) and prepare refinement topics (success metric, scope, acceptance criteria)

  • Own the product side of purchase, upgrade, add-ons, billing for SMB and Enterprise, churn/returns, and activation of new accounts

  • Design and implement tracking for new features, organize existing tracking, define success metrics before release, and review outcomes using dashboards

  • Validate and prioritize requests from sales, customer support, finance, and marketing; clearly communicate decisions

  • Improve processes across purchase, payments, and customer support with your own change plan

  • Act as a sparring partner to the Marketing Growth lead, bringing feasibility, cost, and product-data perspective

Requirements

  • 2–3+ years experience as Product Manager or Product Owner in developing a digital product with a dev team across refinement, planning, review, and release

  • Knowledge of SaaS/subscription models and customer lifecycle; familiarity with KPIs such as conversion, MRR, ARPA, churn, and retention

  • Data-driven decision-making using Amplitude and/or GA4 (funnels, cohorts, segmentation, dashboards); ability to specify tracking and evaluate data quality; proven product decisions driven by your analysis

  • Planning and prioritization skills: PRDs and user stories with acceptance criteria; ICE/RICE; breaking large themes into smaller increments (story mapping, MVP)

  • Experimentation fundamentals: hypotheses, A/B test planning, interpreting results, and recognizing common pitfalls

  • Technical comfort discussing APIs, webhooks, and integrations; able to test endpoints in Postman

  • Assertive collaboration: defend your plan and priorities and say “no” to stakeholders without damaging relationships

  • Experience using AI tools daily for research, synthesis, PRD preparation, and data analysis with critical verification

  • Languages: Polish C2 and English B2+

Benefits

  • Employment contract or B2B cooperation (for B2B: negotiated daily net rate)

  • Dynamic environment with an open organizational culture

  • Startup-style approach in a company with high growth potential

  • Gifts for work anniversaries and for children

  • Contribution to public transport and bonus for active commuting

  • Hybrid work for Tricity area (12 office days/month)

  • Remote work for the rest of Poland, with an office visit in Gdańsk 1 day per 3 months (accommodation and travel covered)
