Description

You will define and drive a transformation roadmap aligned with Group priorities and entity needs, ensuring strategic arbitration, risk handling, and clear decision documentation. In a from-scratch setup of a new in-group Health entity, you will structure the activity, federate stakeholders, and ensure large-scale value creation through HealthTech, data, and AI solutions. You will also prototype innovative solutions, review partner work, supervise integration and testing, and monitor health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Align and arbitrate the roadmap with Group priorities and entity requests

• Manage risks and escalations; document decisions

• Produce detailed business and functional specifications

• Define and maintain high-level standards for “forbidden actions”

• Mentor 1–2 Business Engineers

• Review partner deliverables; supervise integration and testing

• Design the human experience to encourage adoption

• Demonstrate created value and implement measurement mechanisms

• Experiment with innovative HealthTech solutions

• Continuously monitor health regulations

Requirements

• 10–15 years of expertise in health insurance or healthcare delivery

• Experience on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders

• Experience collaborating with operational teams and executives

• Expertise in managing cross-functional teams including Business Engineers

• Experience deploying AI-based solutions

• Mastery of AI, data analytics, and digital tools

• Project management expertise with a history of successful deliveries

• Proficiency with visual collaboration tools and Microsoft 365

• Good knowledge of the HealthTech startup ecosystem

• Fluent English; French or Spanish is a plus
