Description

Lead the transformation of the IT organization toward an AI-Native operating model. You will analyze the current ways of working, identify optimization opportunities, and design and implement new collaboration standards between IT and business. You will also drive AI adoption initiatives using AI tools and No-Code/Low-Code solutions, supported by workshops and change management.

Responsibilities

• Develop an AI-Native transformation strategy for the IT organization

• Assess current operating processes and identify required changes

• Identify opportunities for using AI and automation in business and technology processes

• Recommend and plan the rollout of new tools, processes, and collaboration standards

• Design and optimize the new IT–business operating model (ways of working)

• Create standards, best practices, and recommendations for using AI tools

• Reduce organizational silos by improving information and collaboration flows

• Identify processes suitable for automation/simplification via AI and No-Code/Low-Code

• Support adoption of tools such as Claude Code, Copilot Premium, and AI solutions available in the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ecosystem

• Design practical AI use-case scenarios for day-to-day IT and business operations

• Support teams in adapting to new tools and ways of working

• Evaluate effectiveness of implemented solutions and identify further optimization opportunities

• Plan and run workshops with business, IT, and management stakeholders

• Build awareness and competence for practical AI usage

• Co-create the target operating model together with stakeholders

• Provide recommendations for change implementation and how to measure impact

Requirements

• Experience leading digital, technology, or organizational transformation projects

• Practical knowledge of AI/GenAI for optimizing business and IT processes

• Experience designing and implementing new operating models and ways of collaboration (Operating Model / Ways of Working)

• Ability to analyze and optimize business processes and design improvements

• Experience running strategic and process workshops with business and technical teams

• Knowledge of No-Code/Low-Code concepts and where they apply

• Practical knowledge of AI tools supporting automation and productivity (e.g., Claude Code, Copilot, or similar)

• Change management experience to build stakeholder engagement

• Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills

• Independence, proactivity, and ability to translate strategy into action
