  • Build and organize an AI team (recruiting, onboarding, roles, and working model)

  • Set technical architecture for ML/Computer Vision solutions and define technology/tooling standards

  • Perform hands-on work on key elements (prototypes, code reviews, complex modeling tasks)

  • Design and develop the target data foundation: data acquisition, versioning, annotation, and repeatable training pipelines

  • Drive models from prototype to operation in production/target conditions (edge optimization, integration)

  • Establish validation processes: metrics, regression tests, acceptance criteria; collaborate with flight/testing teams

  • Plan team work: schedule, dependencies, risks, and progress reporting

  • Ability to create roadmaps/schedules with milestones and measurable acceptance criteria

  • Experience across the full model lifecycle with data preparation/annotation, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring (MLOps)

  • Experience optimizing models for limited compute resources (quantization, pruning, ONNX/TensorRT or equivalents)

  • English skills for documentation/literature and vendor communication

  • Direct employment with the client (employment contract or B2B)

  • Hybrid work model (office 2–3 times per week; Warsaw, Bielany)

  • Career growth in an environment combining software, engineering, and advanced tech products

  • Participation in projects related to drones, aviation, and mechatronics
