Description

Lead strategic transformation in the area of data, analytics, and related technology by defining the program strategy and long-term roadmap, managing a portfolio of initiatives, and ensuring business, technology, and operational goals are achieved.

Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders to align priorities, manage risks and dependencies, and maintain governance and reporting mechanisms. Own program budgeting, investment planning, resource allocation, and the delivery of expected business benefits and change adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the transformation strategy and long-term program roadmap

• Manage a portfolio of related transformation initiatives and programs

• Oversee achievement of business, technology, and operational objectives

• Build relationships and work with senior management and key stakeholders

• Run decision processes and align priorities between business and technology areas

• Manage risks, dependencies, and critical program elements

• Create and maintain governance and reporting mechanisms for leadership

• Own program budget, investment planning, and resource allocation

• Supervise Program Managers, Project Managers, and PMO functions

• Ensure realization of expected business benefits and effective change adoption

Requirements

• Several years of experience leading large transformation programs in complex corporate environments

• Documented successes managing a high-scale, high-complexity portfolio

• Experience partnering with executives and strategic stakeholders

• Knowledge of data, analytics, technology, or organizational transformation

• Experience with budgets, business cases, and investment planning

• Risk, governance, and cross-initiative dependency management experience

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

• Ability to make decisions in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment

• Very good English proficiency
